Superior Healthcare is a care service provider whose aim is to provide Domiciliary care agency to people living in their own homes, flats or specialist housing. The service will provide personal care to adults and children which includes everyday tasks such as shopping, housework, preparing food and bathing. The organisation will promote independence for vulnerable adults and those who are at risk of being socially excluded to continue living within their own environment.
We believe everyone has the right to live in their own homes with dignity, respect and a degree of independence. Our business will encourage the growth and development of this independence in a safe and secure environment. We are here to support the elderly and most vulnerable members of society so they can live as independently as possible. Not everyone has the physical, emotional, and mental ability to maintain a tenancy without the right level of support in place, to help with a wide range of needs from general housekeeping to more complex support.
Our aim is to offer a bespoke service, delivered in a manner that respects service user’s wishes, feelings and presences and upholds their rights and dignity. We will do this by matching service user needs with appropriate resources.

Our services are provided 24/7. Our offices are officially open from Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 but the good news is that we have an emergency line for all enquiries during weekends, nights and bank holidays.
At Superior Healthcare, the end users of our services and our customers are at the centre of our operations. We operate with a customer first policy.
Our healthcare workers are well trained and professional. We run regular inhouse refresher trainings as well as mandatory training courses and these keep our knowledge base up to date. New staff are thoroughly trained and are given ample time to shadow qualified staff until they are able to work independently.
We do make sure that our staff are thoroughly vetted during the recruitment phase and this is aided by the application of a good selection process as well as a great reference system.
We do have working with us experienced staff that are always available to make sure that they cover shifts as and when they are required to do so.
